START DATE: 2/2/00 Feb. 16, 2000: Taking twice daily, protein once daily. Just the same, no change. Sleep unchanged, energy unchanged. Lifts weights upper body but no real change in routine. Recommended starting leg exercises too, 2x4 calf stretches and negatives for strength. Emphasized several times importance of exercise, need for strength to maintain your balance. |
