ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS

INTRODUCTION / SITE MAP

Essential Fatty Acids are a critical ingredient of all the body's activities, we can not live without them. Nearly all the body's chemical processes depend on EFA directly or indirectly. Many of their important actions are carried out by the Prostaglandins, chemicals that can only be produced from the EFA. The brain and nerves require large amounts of EFA and can not function normally without them.
